In photos and films spread by the mainstream media they use specific angles to point to specific objects, which have an occult meaning. The following photo was published on April 8th on Tagesspiegel.de, a German newspaper website. I marked the specific angle of 33 degrees, that points to a star-formed logo on the fire engine. It's the star Sirius, the dog star, a central symbol in freemasonery, as you can read in 33 degree Freemason Albert Pike's book Morals and Dogma.
On April 9th the US online journal PPP Focus published an article with the headline "Sweden: Police found explosives in truck used in Stockholm terror attack" which is illustrated with the following picture:
The Swedish masonic system is a ten or eleven grade system (see Wikipedia, Swedish Rite). On the photo the 33-degree-line points to the center of a ten-dotted starlike structure, so the center is the eleventh point.
On the day of the event Reuters an AP spread the following photo, which wasn't published too often by mainstream media. Maybe they found it too obvisely to show the symbolic number in plain sight. I found it only twice: on media website Blesk.cz of Czech Republic and on Concordmonitor.com, a US-site. Several times it was published in a smaller frame, so that the 33 was out of sight.
Two days after the event, on April 9th, Reuters spread a video showing lots of flowers laid down by griefing Swedish people. One starlike flower on a police cars front shield is 'above' and specially marked by a specific angle:
In Germany Spiegel Online and Zeit Online published that video. Swedish picture agency TT News Agency spread a similar photo, containing the same star position:

The date of the event, 7 - 4 - 2017, contains a triple seven:

So you get 777. It refers to a symbol from Jewish Kaabalah, that means the way down the kabbalistic Tree of Life (Sephiroth Tree). In a zigzag way from the highest sephiroth Kether, which means "crown", to the lowest Malkuth, wich menas "earth", "material world" or − more specific − "kingdom". This symbol is also called "flaming sword" or "path of the flaming sword" and means a godly tribunal: a flash comes down from heaven to earth and turns the sinner into ashes.

Also on the truck − supposedly driven by the terrorist − you can find the 777 symbol, if you turn the triple letter "L" in the lettering "KALL ÖL" around.
The Sephiroth Kether ('crown') is often pictured as a circular light as you can see one on the left side (with connection up .. to heaven), while on the right side at the same height another circel with a connection down to earth depicts Malkuth, the earthly kingdom.

But there's more: In another scene you find the H&M logo six times and on the other side three angles in a row.
In simple letter-to-number-coding (A=1, B=2 ...) you get:
H = 8, M = 13, H+M = 8+13 = 21 = 7+7+7

The H&M logo itself is made out of seven lines.
On April 9th Swedish princess Victoria visits the disaster side. German newspaper website Focus Online publishes a video showing the princess and large pavement sign boards with "70 %" on it in the back. In second 33 it fills half of the picture. It seems to be very important for them to show this large red seven(s).
On April 7th the BBC News website published an article with the headline Stockholm truck attack: Eyewitnesses recount 'sheer panic' including the following photo:
Well, it's no peace sign, it's a three-radial star. And it has a special position in the picture:
In freemasonic mysticism the number 23 is connected to star Sirius, because Sirius is rising on 22th or 23th of June after 70 days of absence. Its rising marks the beginning of nile flood, which is very important for agricultur of ancient Egypt (see Wikipedia, Sirius). 33 degree Mason Albert Pike in his book Morals and Dogma talks about the meaning of Sirius and the related Egyptian gods for Freemasonery.
In the article "Sweden remembers truck attack victims" on the website TheLocal.se this pinboard photo is shown as 23rd one.
The sign can also be interpreted as the letter "Y" in a circle. This letter is the central one in the Hebrew word "Ayn" (Ayin, Ajin) which means 'eye'. On masonic tracing boards Sirius is sometimes represented by an eye-shaped star.
Exact a year after the Stockholm event in Münster (Germany) a quite similar event occured.
